Cancellation policy
The existing policy sets different cancellation charges for payment plans and contracts paid in full, with thresholds of more than 90 days, 60–89 days, and 59 days or fewer before the event.
Rescheduling
The existing policy describes a $500 rescheduling or postponement fee for eligible paid-in-full contracts, subject to date approval and other conditions.
Submit a request
The existing Wix cancellation/rescheduling form asks for your name, email, reason, and event date and time. Continue to use the original form until its submission workflow is migrated.
